Design Concept

A spacious and transparent space with furnishings in diverse shades composes a minimalist and rich layering accent. Slim wall trims silently expand the height as the gloss metallic items glitter along your sight. Exquisite details significantly represent elegant textures. Our first project provides the residents and their guests with a pleasant gathering time and makes a display of our classic design concept.

To meet all the functions of a quest house, we reconfigured the floor plans, parting the private rooms from the public area, and created a spacious entertainment space. In addition, the interior incorporated furnishings of contrasting shades and materials integrated with iron elements to reveal layering flair and sophistication. It is worth your appreciation of sublime details in timeless aesthetics.

 

Design Techniques

 

Layout Reconfiguration & Collaboration

 

We returned the interior to the former state of a rough finish and reconfigured four bedrooms into two bedrooms, applying more space to the public area and the main bedroom. Besides, we combined the living room and kitchen & dining combo so that the collaborated layout presents a smooth moving flow without fragmented floors in the prep zone. Additionally, we moved the store room aside from the main entrance door to relieve the heaviness at the first sight of the home. Furthermore, the bedrooms flank the public space, and the concealed doors enhance sleek surfaces and privacy. We integrated the main bedroom and walk-in closet to expand the Ensuite bathroom. As a result, the residents and quests both can be pleased with a spacious and comfortable interior.

 

Exquisite Details & Layering Aesthetics

First, we chose a monochromatic color palette for the project. The engineered flooring and dark raven tiles define separate spaces. Then, the eclectic design incorporates Italian metallic paint with rich grains, a rounded rug, matte metallic elements, and vertical lines to deliver distinct contrasting images such as bright vs. dark, soft vs. solid, and curved vs. straight in a harmonious appeal. Moreover, we added some curves and glitter trims and achieved an elegant and stylish entertainment space.

 

Eco-friendly Material Selections & Concept Embodiment

We re-planned the configuration and arranged multiple cabinetries with considerate details to accommodate a spacious and pleasant entertainment space. Besides, we embodied our brand concept -” the user-oriented” and “have an easy experience of space” by applying low formaldehyde building materials and the long dining table that enhances gathering.

 

Entryway

A sophisticated accent view strikingly welcomes the firstcomers with unique wall tiles signifying abstract ink splash and a metallic sconce, and the ambiance delivers a warm comfort to the residents as they return. Besides, the console table facilitates dropping personal items when entering or leaving.

 

Living Room

 

Italian metallic paint with mesh decoration on the TV wall contrasts with the opposite, sleek, textured sofa back wall. The fabric sofa with leather armrest brings a layering interest. We also installed an exclusive electric circuit of the cove and under-shelf lighting, which creates a dynamic ambiance.

 

Kitchen & Dining Room Combo

 

We adopted the concealed embedded wall cabinet in the dominant dark color palette to reveal a minimalist appearance. The yellowish aluminum alloy pendant lights integrate with honey-brown leather chairs to present a lively flair in the moody shade, rendering a sturdy and comfy dining space.

 

Master Bedroom

We built a window bench attached to the bed end and set up a dynamic window view through the dark wood frame. In addition, the rounded-edged furniture distinctively manifests the characteristic square outline.

設計概念

 

大尺度的明淨空間、深淺交錯的軟裝色彩，共組內斂素雅的多層次景致；壁面線條悄然延展場域高度，鐵件於目光途經之處閃現微光，令場域由細處散發質感韻味，陪伴居者和訪客度過歡聚時分，也讓品牌初次亮相的作品，成為展現設計理念的經典。

因應此案兼備招待所功能，我們重新劃設格局，放大公共空間範圍、嚴謹區分公、私領域，營造敞亮舒心的交誼場所，另置入色調濃淡、材質剛柔相間的軟裝，佐搭工藝鐵件，創造豐富層次並提升整體精緻度，賦予每處轉角、細節值得細品的雋永美學。

 

設計手法

 

重劃格局 整合空間

 

案場由新成屋退回毛胚重劃格局，透過將四房改為兩房，留予公區和主臥更寬裕的空間，並串連原本分隔的客廳及餐廚區，避免動線和備餐區域零碎化，營造流暢的開闊環境，而門口儲藏室則移至大門同側，降低進門後的壓迫感；私領域劃於房屋兩側，並採用暗門兼顧隱私與畫面整潔，另整合更衣室和主臥，擴大主臥浴室範圍，給予居者及訪客寬敞舒適的使用體驗。

 

精琢細節 層次美學

 

本案以簡約的灰、黑色為主，藉由海島型木地板和深灰地磚區劃兩處，再運用紋理細緻的義大利金屬特殊漆、霧面鐵件、圓形地毯和筆直線條等設計手法，營造「明暗、剛柔、曲直」豐富而和諧的視覺感受，另於細處匯入曲弧造型和金屬收邊，呈遞素雅不失精緻的質感招待所。

環保選材 展現理念

回應業主對招待所兼具寬敞雅致與談話場所的需求，我們重劃格局、精琢細節並設置眾多櫃體，確保場域收納整齊，另於餐廳擺置供商談、餐敘的長桌，配合全屋採用低甲醛的綠建材，展現「以使用者為核心」、「帶來自在的空間體驗」等品牌理念。

 

玄關

 

玄關選用紋理如畫的特殊磚與金屬壁燈共組端景，為首次來訪的人們營造初入的驚豔感，也予以居者點燈待歸的溫馨感受；下方平台可放置鑰匙等隨身小物，提升出入便利性。

 

 

客廳

 

客廳電視牆以霧面義大利金屬特殊漆搭配金屬編織網，與對側素淨的烤漆沙發背牆、光滑鐵件形成對比，其中擺置皮革扶手的布紋沙發，營造層次豐富的趣味面貌，另為嵌燈和層板燈規劃獨立電路，令業主可依心情打造燈光氛圍。

 

餐廚區

 

餐廚區以深色為基調，藉由隱藏櫃保持整齊的視覺畫面，中央綴搭橘褐色餐椅、可調整光源的黃銅鋁合金吊燈，為深邃的灰黑場域點染活潑氣息，圍塑沉穩舒適的用餐空間。

 

主臥

 

主臥以霧面烤漆床頭牆搭配木格柵半牆、馬鞍皮床頭板，藉中性色彩打造柔和的舒眠環境，兩側的金屬閱讀燈和亮面邊几則提升此處精緻度，予人飯店般的典雅感受。

 

次臥

 

次臥窗畔結合床尾立柱規劃一處臥榻，透過深色木質為窗景裱框，創造時刻變幻的如畫景致，且在邊角圓潤的床架、梳妝桌椅襯托下，更加凸顯景框的方正與別具一格。
